Processing time
All orders require 1-3 business days to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page of the items you ordered.
Delivery
Standard Shipping
Economy shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. SoireeCoquine.com ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at the time of shipment. Please note that if you choose standard or express shipping, your order will be subject to 1 to 3 business days of processing time at our warehouse. Standard delivery time is generally between 3 and 5 days, but exceptions may apply.
Express Delivery
Express shipping is a premium service available for orders shipped to Canada and the United States (excluding remote locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and strive to deliver it as quickly as possible. Please note that if you choose standard delivery or express delivery, your order will be subject to 1 to 3 business days of processing time in our warehouse. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, express delivery time is generally between 1 and 3 days, but exceptions may apply.
Responsibility of our transport companies
SoireeCoquine.com delivers on business days. A shipping confirmation is sent to the customer along with the package tracking number. Customers can track their shipments using the package tracking tools that will be sent to you. To obtain a tracking number, the Express Delivery option must be selected by the customer, at an additional cost. Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may be eligible for additional shipping fees depending on the size, weight, and volume of the order. Customers will always be contacted before such an amount is added. SoireeCoquine.com may refuse to ship an order for free if additional fees are not paid by the customer when they apply.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. Under no circumstances will delivery be made to a PO box. In the event of a customer error regarding the delivery address, additional costs for resending the package or changing the address will be charged.
Our responsibility
SoireeCoquine.com ensures that each package is carefully prepared and protected to limit damage during transport. SoireeCoquine.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays incurred by the carrier. Ownership and responsibility are transferred from SoireeCoquine.com to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. Products are transported at the customer's risk. The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery before opening it. Any opened package cannot be reported as damaged and will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order after placing it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is an urgent action, so please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Please note that once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we may not be able to cancel it. If this is the case, we can help you facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, see below).
Return policy
Our goal at SoireeCoquine.com is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
We accept returns of unopened products up to 5 days after the purchase date.
Opened or used products, or any item marked as non-returnable/final sale, are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from the United States.
Please contact our customer service to initiate your return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
* Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint about a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
